Southcity Optical, previously known as Bohn & Joseph Optical Boutique, has been serving the Acadiana area since the late 70’s and originated by Dr Barry Bohn. It is owned by Jonathan M. Joseph, MD and Kevin R. Swan, MD. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service to match the patient care that the community has grown to love from the Joseph & Swan Eye Center.

In January 2022, we moved into our new location in order to better serve our ever growing clientele and to offer one of the largest selections of eyewear in Acadiana. Our focus remains on having something for everyone. Our designer collections house brands such as Gucci, Krewe, Cazal, Caviar, Saint Laurent, and Silhouette, just to name a few.
